1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Pattern Testers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

Pattern Testers provides tools for sewing pattern designers to manage tester applications, collect feedback, organize photos, and track revisions. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (patterns, photos, feedback). By submitting content, you grant Pattern Testers a limited license to host and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pattern Testers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
